23 People Arrested Along Rose Parade Route
All but one arrest was for alleged drunkenness in public.
Pasadena Police reported 22 arrests along the Tournament of Roses Parade route since 6 p.m. on Monday.
All of the arrests were made for public intoxication, except for one arrest that was made for possession of burglary tools that could have been used to break into cars.
Pasadena Fire also responded to 12 calls from spectators camped alongside the route. The calls included cold weather exposure, falls, alcohol-related, fainting and two unconscious victims, said Lisa Derderian of the Pasadena Fire Department.
