Antonovich will meet with members of the South Pasadena City Council over breakfast today, Sept. 25, at 8 a.m. at the Arroyo Seco Golf Course, located at 1055 Lohman Lane in South Pasadena. The campaign is co-sponsored by the South Pasadena Educational Foundation and the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. Click here to read more.
3. Sunset Boulevard screening—and William Holden tribute
Mark your calendars: The Oscar-winning 1950 noir film Sunset Boulevard will be screened at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, at the South Pasadena Public Library Community Room, located at 1115 El Centro St. The film has a special place in South Pasadena history because its lead star, William Holden, grew up in South Pas and attended South Pasadena High School.
