Hit Comedy Opens at Fremont Theater, Spirit of John Muir

The Fremont Center Theater, located at 1000 Fremont Ave., presents the opening of "A Prefect Likeness," a hit comedy written, directed and produced by Daniel Rover Singer. Click here for tickets and more information.
2. Spirit of John Muir
Mark your calendars: At 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, the South Pasadena Public Library Community Room, located at 1115 El Centro St., will come alive with "The Spirit of John Muir," a living history performance about the famous author, naturalist and conservationist who visited South Pas in 1889, long before he came to be celebrated as the father of U.S. national parks. The performance will be by Lee Stetson, who portrays Muir at Yosemite National Park and was featured in the Ken Burns PBS "National Parks: America's Best Ideas" series. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. No tickets or reservations required.
