Moms for Family and Community, a homegrown group that urged the South Pasadena City Council last month to prevent the possible opening of the city's 15th massage parlor, is scheduled to meet today, Tuesday, Dec. 17, to discuss ways to get the city's elected officials to stop more massage parlors from opening and instead encourage new family friendly business inclined to support the community.
