TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEER ESL TEACHERS

Wonderful
volunteer opportunity!  Any adult who speaks English fluently and can
volunteer 4-10 hours a week is welcome.  Become a caring teacher and
mentor to a small group of non-English speaking adults who want to communicate
more effectively.  Training for San
Gabriel Valley Literacy Council ESL classes is on Saturdays, September 14th and
28th from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. You must attend both sessions to
volunteer in a San Gabriel Valley Literacy Council classroom. $25 covers
training, lunch, and council membership. For more information about the
