Farmers' Market Thursday; What's New?

Looking to fill in a few blank spots around your garden? Then stop by Spade and Seeds. Here's the latest update from the South Pasadena Farmers' Market Facebook page:

Our newest addition to the market is "Spade and Seeds" an urban nursery run by Loretta, a South Pas resident. They specialize in open pollinated vegetable, flower and medicinal herb seedlings, as well as perennial food plants all grown in organic potting soil and biodynamic compost. Stop by to see Loretta to see what you might add to your home garden. 

The longest line for hot food seems to be at Deisy's Papusas and for good reason. This has GOT to be the best tasting papusa I've ever had in all LA County! Try one for yourself today.

The South Pasadena Farmers Market, located at 913 Meridian, is open today from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. While you're in the neighborhood, don't forget to drop by the Iron Works Museum, right up the block.
