Seniors Celebrate Independence Day by Singing Along to Old Time Favorites
The annual event at the South Pasadena Senior Center was quite a hit.
Scores of South Pasadena seniors celebrated the birth of a nation with their friends and neighbors this week, while singing along to the classic tunes of Irving Berlin.
Folks packed the city's senior center, many of them sporting garb of red, white and blue. As one attendee told our reporter, it's a very popular event that you need to arrive early for if you want a good seat.
