Volunteers are working at frantic pace to complete the South Pasadena Rose Parade Float for its grand premiere at the "2011 Rose Parade." It is estimated that nearly one billion people from all around the world will tune into the parade on New Year's Day. Tournament officials came by Thursday, December 30 at 7 a.m. to inspect the float and will come again for a second judging on Friday, December 31 at 7 a.m.
