The South Pasadena Episcopal church could use some extra hands this month.

Been looking for a way to give back this holiday season? Or perhaps your teen-ager is in desperate need of community service hours?

St. James' Episcopal Church is the place for you and/or your kids.

The church's food locker could use some extra help this month, according to the St. James' Facebook page. The dates and specifics about the church's greatest needs are:

• Saturday, Dec. 8, in the morning, to organize collection of food from the middle school. Someone will be there from 8:30 a.m. Come when you can.

• Sunday, Dec. 9, after church, to finish what doesn't get done Saturday.

• Friday, Dec. 14, 12-1:30 p.m. set-up; 1:30-3 p.m. to, help with the distribution of gifts. The church needs about 16 people to monitor the tables.
