Super Bowl Fever Hits South Pas

Marcel Kohler hosted his annual Super Bowl Bash at his South Pasadena home.

Area residents, friends and family gathered at the Marengo Avenue home of noted hair dresser Marcel Kohler to watch the Super Bowl championship football game.

Two rooms full of guests watched what turned out to be most viewed game of all time, thus joining millions of fellow fans throughout the world.

They saw an intense game between two brother coaches  (Jim and John Harbough) on opposing teams as the Ravens edged the 49er, 34-31 to win the coveted title.

As usual a wide array of gourmet food was available for the Kohlers' guests at their bash. Traditionally the game is noted for not only the competition on the field but also for people watching to get their fill of eating great food.
