Health Festival At South Pas Farmers Market

Join us for the Health & Wellness Family Festival at the from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 19.

Not only will our farmers be there with the usual hearty helpings of fresh and delicious California-grown produce, but patrons can meet one-on-one with local experts and learn about and live a healthier lifestyle.

This festival is free to the public as part of a effort to make connections for the community and create a strong local economy.

These health care service providers and organizations will have a booth:

  • City of South Pasadena Community Services Department: Information and guides on family and children’s activities, healthy parks and recreation facilities in South Pasadena. Free pedometers while supplies last!
  • Snap FitnessThis popular key-card access gym located on Meridian Ave. just north of the market will provide body fat testing and wellness assessments.
  • Family Chiropractic Center of South PasadenaDr. Adrian Pujayana and Dr. Christine Smith have deep roots in the community, and will join us with exercise and massage demonstrations as well as health screenings.
  • Skin RitualsAesthetician and founder Chach Ontiveras says “Don’t underestimate your epidermis!” Come get a skin analysis and enter to win a 3-day spa pass.
