Come dance with us! Contra dance to traditional music (live band) every third Friday of the month. Contra dance is a form of American dance, similar to square dance (visit caldancecoop.org for video clip). Fun and easy, yet energetic - these dances are open to the public... you do not need to have experience or come with a partner. A lesson is given the first half hour, and all dances are reviewed and prompted by a dance caller (as in square dance).. Great music provided by Ragged Edge July 15.
