The Chamber will host an interactive symposium on the revitalization of the iconic Rialto Theatre Oct. 2.

Although interest in the Rialto has dwindled over the past decades, the chamber began exploring and promoting the idea of reopening it in 2004.

That's why the chamber is hosting Oct. 2—free and open to the public.

What: An interactive symposium on the revitalization of the iconic hosted by the South Pas Chamber of Commerce.

Why you should come: It's an opportunity to hear from experts who have brought back other historic theaters; to watch the premiere of a mini-documentary about the Rialto; to enjoy refreshments and live music hosted by Brad Colerick; to record memories with Laurie Allee's “My Story” video booth; and to engage with others on the future of the theatre.
