Food Trucks to Invade the Rose Bowl Saturday

On Sat. July 21 taste Street food from some of LA's best food trucks, carts, restaurants and chefs. Open to all ages from 3-9 p.m.

For those of you who enjoy a morning or afternoon stroll around the Rose Bowl (a little longer than three miles roundtrip), there will be excitement and wonderful smells in the air this Saturday, as more than 75 food trucks roll into the parking lot and invade Brookside Park 3 p.m. Saturday.

Foodies will enjoy meeting some of their favorite celebrity chefs. Christian Page from Short Order will be serving pretzel pups. John Sedlar from Playa will present Cielo Verde Cornet.

Grab an Honest Tea, Coba or O.N.E. Coconut Water while biting into The Peking Duck Truck's duck sliders, Pasadena's Dog Haus spicy Scott Baioli Dog, the Grilled Cheese Truck's cheesy mac n' ribs and Waffles de Liege serving a waffle with ginger snap spread and fresh bananas.

You might enjoy visiting Cepage Wines for a tasting or grab a cold beer in the Singha beer garden. Learn about tequilas, rums and Hendricks gin.

To satisfys a sweet tooth, Mother Moo Creamery's salted chocolate and cinnamon ice cream and Market on Holly wonder bars and brown butter rice crispy treats will leave you smiling.

Jack FM, DJ Bianca and the Knott's Family Fun Truck will keep everyone entertained. 

Grab a picnic blanket and find a spot on the grass. Gates open at 3 p.m. and close at 9 p.m. VIP tasting tickets and preferred parking are $65 from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $45 after 5 p.m.
