A couple of weeks ago some friends and I had lunch there and were surprised that bread was not available to accompany our soup and salad. The servers are friendly and our corner booth was very comfortable.

It has a limited menu, especially for vegetarians...the tacos were good.

Surprised to learn its Hawiian comfort food. I drive by it a couple times a day and had no idea by the name or decor. As far as offering something South Pas doesn't have already, there is killer Hawiian Food less than a block away next door to Pollo Loco! I guess if you want to pay more to eat it in a nice environment that's quite understandable and up to you. Shakas about a mile away in Alhambra also has amazing sit down Hawiian food and shave ice.

Not a good person. Pays low wages and consistently looks for ways to sidestep employee benefits.
