Police Arrest Allegedly Belligerent Starbucks Customer

South Pasadena Police say the suspect attempted to slap a Starbucks employee.

A customer listening to loud music, threw a cup of water and yelled at a Starbucks employee who asked her to turn down the tunes, police said.

The customer then tried to slap the employee in the face, so the employee called the South Pasadena Police. The April 17 incident happened at 10:48 AM at the coffee shop at 454 N. Fair Oaks Avenue. When police arrived, officers arrested the 28-year-old Los Angeles woman on suspicion of assault.
