South Pas Police Donate to Operation Cookie

The South Pasadena Police Officer’s Association (S.P.P.O.A) lent their support to “Operation Cookie,'' a charitable event highlighting veterans of the armed forces.

Organized by the Woman’s Club of South Pasadena and in existence since 1941, Operation Cookie was designed to recognize the contributions made by our veterans and provide them cookie gift bags in appreciation for their service.

“After participating in Operation Cookie last year, S.P.P.O.A. could not wait to participate again this year. It is such a worthy cause. While just a small token of our appreciation for what they have done for us, it lets our veterans know they are truly appreciated and not forgotten,” said S.P.P.O.A. Vice President Robert Bartl.
