Theater Night to Benefit The Good Shepherd Shelter

The members of the Guild of the Good Shepherd Shelter invite you to join them for a special benefit performance of Little Candle Productions’ world premiere of COLD TANGERINES: THE PLAY, on Saturday evening, June 14, at the Fremont Centre Theatre in South Pasadena.

Shauna dreams of becoming a writer, but has let her insecurities and obligations hold her back.  When she summons the courage to put pen to paper, her differing identities clash as they come to life in her imagination and onstage.  Adapted from Shauna Niequist’s powerful memoir, COLD TANGERINES: THE PLAY will take audience members on the journey of a young woman making peace with her life and herself.

Following the show, stay for a hosted  champagne and dessert reception in the theater’s courtyard where you’ll have the opportunity to mingle with fellow Shelter supporters and with members of the show’s cast and crew.
