Chef Kimmy Tang of 9021Pho Will Host an Exclusive Spice Tour to Celebrate the Vietnamese Lunar New Year!

Celebrate the Vietnamese Lunar New Year and discover unique and exotic spices from a classic spice market with French-Vietnamese Master Chef Kimmy Tang of LA’s famed 9021Pho. Open your eyes and heighten your palette with fresh herbs and spices that will open your new year to culinary adventure. 

Participants will take away a collection of exceptional recipes created by Chef Tang that are made using the hand-selected herbs and spices garnered from the tour.

  • 9:30AM: Meet at the 9021PHO Glendale Location 
    • 9021PHO Glendale 1164 Glendale Galleria Way, Glendale CA 91204
  • 10:00AM - 12:00PM: Shuttle to the Spice Market
    • Seafood City Supermarket 2700 Colorado Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90041
  • 12:30PM -1:30PM: Followed by a Spectacular Lunch at 9021PHO
    • Interactive lunch with Chef Kimmy Tang, highlighting some of 9021PHO's finest dishes. Yon won't go home hungry!

Cost is $25 for the Spice Tour and Lunch. Spices bought at market are additional.
