TLC Pet Medical Center will provide free X-Rays of Halloween candy for South Pasadena residents (proof of residency required). The X-Ray will inspect for certain types of tampering.
A donation of $5 per X-Ray is requested, but not required, to benefit the South Pasadena Educational Foundation.
