Were Councilman Cacciotti and David Beadle Separated at Birth?
Their facial resemblance is uncanny.
"What? An Italian and a Brit?"
That was how South Pasadena City Councilman Michael Cacciotti reacted, with his typically vigorous laughter, to the suggestion at a party earlier this month that he and South Pasadena British-born resident David Beadle look so alike they could almost be brothers, maybe even twins.
