Blog: Who Wants to Share Work Space in South Pas?

I spent 10 years of my working life commuting from South Pas to the West Side.  Grim and expensive. Then I spent 9 years working from home.  Lonely and full of distractions.  I recently was introduced to the concept of coworking spaces.  If you're not familiar, it's a space for people like me who work independently, don't want to commute far, can't afford their own office, and love being around people! The space is set up with workstations, a couple of private offices, a conference room and internet access....then whatever other amenities it chooses to provide.  People can rent a station, office, conference room time - by the day, week, month, whatever.

I think coworking in South Pasadena would be HEAVEN.  Think of it...our own little eclectic working community in our own little eclectic town.  I have a space in mind, but no capital to speak of and NO IDEA whether I'm the only one interested.
