SoPas Public Works Turning a Blind Eye to Road Repairs???

In the past, the City of SoPas Public Works Dept allowed residents to fill out on online form directly from a link on the City of SoPas web site to report pot holes and other road hazard issues.  Then, they switched us over to www.seeclickfix.com for a while, and the system worked.  Residents reported problems, and typically within a few weeks pot holes got fixed/ patched etc.

But, that was almost a year ago.  In the past 6 months, the Public Works dept of the City of SoPas has completely stopped reviewing these, -and- they've long removed the online link for reporting pot holes.  And, I've been noticing more and more pot holes going unfixed.

Does anyone know how SoPas city services is responding to these now?  I feel like the new Public Works dept is really doing an absolute TERRIBLE job and turning a blind eye to all the numerous street and road hazards in our city.
