One Patch reader who lives on Charter Oak described the scene as "all kind of pandemonium and crazy." Apparently, police officers were out of their vehicles with assault riffles. Do you live nearby? What's the scene? Share your photos with Patch.

Do live nearby added photos for you...there was a rifle but they had handguns pointed at him when he surrendered. Fire department had to come and bring him down from top of carport where they arrested him.
