Auto Burglary, Bike Theft Occur Over Weekend

A car was broken into Sunday and a bike was stolen some time between Saturday night and Sunday morning.

On the heels of a residential burglary reported around 7 p.m. Saturday night, a bike theft and auto burglary also occurred in South Pasadena.

Some time between 8:30 p.m. Saturday and 9:30 a.m. a bike was stolen from the 1500 block of Fremont, according to South Pasadena Police Sergeant Craig Cooper.

Someone also smashed a car window Sunday and stole a recorder in an auto burglary at Via del Rey and Camino Verde that was reported at 1 p.m.
