Car Flips on Grand Avenue After Driver Reportedly Loses Control

A female motorist, driving a Fiat 500, suffers minor injuries Tuesday evening.

A woman suffered minor injuries when the Fiat 500 sedan she was driving Tuesday evening overturned on the 600 block of Grand Avenue, the South Pasadena Review reports.

The report quoted South Pasadena Fire Department Battalion Chief Mike Clark as saying that the driver appeared to have swerved to avoid something on the road when she lost control and the car flipped.

Paramedics extricated the driver from the overturned vehicle following the crash, which occurred at around 5:30 p.m., the report said.

Two witnesses told the newspaper that they saw the red-colored car hitting two parked cars before spinning out of control.
