Crime Blotter: Wanted Suspect Found with Firearm

South Pasadena Police reported the following crimes in the weekly bulletin. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

An 18-year-old man pushing a shopping cart, who was on probation and currently has a warrant out for his arrest, was found to be in possession of a pistol, police said.

South Pasadena Police arrested the Sylmar man on March 10, following the 3:30 p.m. incident at Meridian Avenue and Maple Street. When officers searched the man they found he had a firearm in his pocket.
