Critical Injury Car Crash Shuts Down 210 Freeway
Officials transported a 70-year-old person with critical injuries by helicopter to a hospital.
A driver or passenger involved in a car crash on the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway was transported by helicopter to a trauma center in critical condition Friday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
It's unclear if the person, who is listed as 70 years old, was driving or a passenger when the accident happened about 3:35 p.m. Friday near Lowell Avenue in La Crescenta, CHP Officer Tatiana Sauquillo told Patch.
The westbound 210 at Lowell Avenue is closed for a SigAlert.
