South Pasadena Firefighters are investigating a potentially hazardous chemical spill in the 1100 block of Mission Street. Although the incident commander has not made a formal statement, it appears the alleged spill happened at Day-Ray, a company that desgns and manufactures aerospace electrical power systems.

Buildings have been evacuated. The Glendale Fire Department Hazardous Materials unit is on scene.
