Police Blotter: Commercial Burglary, Indecent Exposure

There was also one vehicle stolen in South Pasadena during the week of Wednesday, Dec. 1, through Tuesday, Dec. 7.

Between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 2, at the 800 block of Monterey Road, South Pasadena Police reported that an unidentified suspect entered a household by smashing the rear window of a household and removed jewelry, a digital camera and cash.

At 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 2, at the intersection of Avenue 64 and York Field, South Pasadena Police stopped a suspect for a traffic violation. South Pasadena Police arrested the suspect after they found he had an outstanding warrant and was also in possession of methamphetamine. 

At 2:10 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 3, at the 1500 block of Bank Street, South Pasadena Police reported that two 14-year-old females were walking on the street when they saw an unidentified suspect indecently exposed in his convertible. According to police reports, the suspect drove away after the victims walked by. The suspect was driving a silver sports car and was dressed in brown pants and a teal shirt.

Between 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4, and 9:45 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 6, at the 1300 block of Pine Street, South Pasadena Police reported that an unidentified suspect took a bicycle and a ski rack from a victim's vehicle.

At 3:18 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4, at the intersection of Huntington Drive and Kendall Avenue, South Pasadena Police reported that a driver was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have an outstanding warrant. According to police reports, the passenger was found to be in possession of marijuana. South Pasadena Police arrested both suspects.

Between 9 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4, and 10 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, at the 1700 block of State Street, South Pasadena Police reported that an unidentified suspect removed a bicycle rack from a victim's vehicle.

At 10:26 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 5, at the Ralphs Supermarket at the 1700 block of Garfield Avenue, South Pasadena Police reported that an unidentified suspect entered the store and placed Red Bull drinks inside a shopping cart. According to police reports, an employee saw the suspect push the shopping cart outside the store with the Red Bull drinks that were not bagged. According to police reports, the employee confirmed with the cashier that the suspect did not pay for loss, and the suspect entered his vehicle and drove away. The suspect is described as a male, approximately 5 feet, 9 inches, 170 pounds, between 35 and 40 years old, wearing a gray jacket and blue jeans. The suspect was driving a red, four-door Toyota Corolla.

At 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 5, at the 1100 block of Columbia Street, South Pasadena Police reported that an unidentified suspect entered an open garage and took a bicycle. The suspect is described as a white male between 16 and 25 years old, with black hair and wearing a black jacket.

Between 7 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 5, and 12 p.m. on  Monday, Dec. 6, at the intersection of Charter Oak Street and Orange Grove Avenue, South Pasadena Police reported that a 1988 Toyota Camry was stolen.
