Police Charge Burglary Suspect

This residential burglary is one 19 were reported in October—up from five in September.

Sebastian Pater, 29, of Van Nuys was charged Friday for a residential burglary that occurred in October on the 1100 block of Magnolia Street after officers and detectives served a search warrant to his apartment, according to .

Pater, whose fingerprints were linked to the crime, allegedly stole an XBOX 360 console, one Final Fantasy XBOX 360 game and about $100 in change. Pater had already been on probation for burglary, according to reports.  

The stolen property was not recovered and is still outstanding.
