Police Looking for Man they Say Swiped Laptop from Pavilions

It appears the suspect used bolt cutters to steal the computer.

An unidentified man sat down at the customer service area of Pavilions, cut a security cable, and walked out with the store's laptop, according to South Pasadena Police.

A security camera caught images of the suspect, who appears to have pulled bolt cutters from his pocket just after noon on Sunday. The man dropped the computer into a grocery basket, walked to the rear of the store and slipped it under his shirt before leaving, a crime bulletin states.

The man is described as 30-40 years old, with a shaved head, mustache and goatee, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 200-240 pounds. He was wearing a dark colored shirt, blue denim shorts and flip-flop sandals.
