Public Urged to Call Tip Lines in Christopher Dorner Search

As joint task force seeks public's help in capturing former Los Angeles cop and triple murder suspect Christopher Dorner, South Pasadena Police are manning patrols with two officers instead of the typical solo driver.

A joint task force comprised of the FBI, the United States Marshals Service and police chiefs of Los Angeles, Riverside and Irvine released telephone numbers for anyone with information regarding the possible whereabouts of triple murder suspect Christopher Dorner.

The public is asked to call these tip lines:

1-213-486-6860
1-800-222-8477

The joint task force reminds the public that if you see Christopher Dorner, call 911 immediately. Do not approach him as he is considered armed and dangerous.

In South Pasadena, Sgt. Brian Solinsky said the station has not received any tipster calls, nor have there been any sightings of Dorner around town. However, the police department in a move of "continuing caution,'' is keeping two officers per patrol car for the time being. Standard patrols often have only one officer, he said.
