Crime Blotter: South Pas Man Arrested for Allegedly Fondling Child

South Pasadena Police reported the following incidents for the week of Nov. 14-20. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

A 27-year-old South Pasadena man was arrested on suspicion of lewd acts with a child after allegedly fondling a 12-year-old female relative, according to a South Pasadena Police crime report.

The alleged crime happened in the 100 block of Monterey Road just before 1 a.m. on Nov. 15.

Other crimes reported during Nov. 14-20, which may be viewed in the attached weekly summary, included 20 cases of stolen pumpkin pies, an arrest for bicycle theft, thanks to a bystander who followed the suspect before calling police, stolen mail and commercial burglary at Bristol Farms.
