Arroyo Seco Parkway Meeting

A series of meetings are planned to inform and solicit input from local neighborhoods and stakeholders on the needs for improvements to the Arroyo Seco Parkway (SR-110) and surrounding corridor.

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will host three meetings in December to provide information and solicit input for the Arroyo Seco Parkway (SR-110) and surrounding corridor, which is a designated National Scenic Byway. 

A Corridor Management Plan (CMP) will be created by a team of consultants working for Caltrans in partnership with the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG). 

The consultant team, led by the IBI Group, will present an overview of the project and seek community input through interactive brainstorming workshops.  These meetings will be the same in content and process but are being offered in three convenient geographic locations throughout the Arroyo Seco region. The meetings will be held:

  • Monday, Dec. 5, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., , 1115 El Centro Street, South Pasadena, CA 91030.
  • Tuesday, Dec. 6, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Highland Park Ebell Club, 131 S. Avenue 57, Los Angeles, CA 90042.
  • Thursday, Dec. 8, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Castelar Elementary School, 840 Yale Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
