The City of South Pasadena's Housing Authority has announced an affordable rental property available to low- or moderate-income families.
Applications are being taken for a two-bedroom, one-bath house located at 308 San Pascual Avenue, next to the Arroyo Seco Park. The property is a single-family home owned by the City of South Pasadena and is available to qualified families.
Applicants must meet the Los Angeles County income limits based upon the size of the household. Please visit the City website to see multiple photos of the property, and to read more information. Applications must be received by 5:00 pm on February 28.
