Tyler, now that you mention it... I just "Googled" Tim Donnelly's biography. Donnelly has five children! I have two children... and personally, that is adequate motivation to ensure that I always secure my firearm.

Hello all, The Citizens Redistricting Commission’s final certified district maps were approved in August. However, they are scheduled to take effect for the June 2012 primary elections.

Thanks for the clarification. So if I've interpreted your comment correctly, we are stuck with Donnelly until the June 2012 primary?

Tyler, different scenarios, criminal records and different states determine bail and arrest versus cite relaese. The one rapper was an ex-felon with a gun so he's in a way different classification than the others. Just about all agencies have the ability to cite release on crimes that aren't felonies. Donnelly, I would guess, doesn't have a criminal record and was probably ok for cite reelease. You could compare what happened to him to others detained under the exact same type of scenarion at Ontario but really can't at other locations. I'm not a big Donnelly guy and his excuse for his stupidity is just that, an excuse. A second time conviction for CCW is a felony, he needs to smarten up and be a lot more careful.
