How to Get a Free High Efficiency Toilet
The Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District is giving away free high efficiency toilets next month.
If you live in South Pas, and you have a current water bill, then you're the winner of the free toilet sweepstakes.
The Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District, which includes South Pas, is giving away free high efficiency toilets at an event next month.
Supplies are limited to a first-come, first-served basis. The toilets can be picked up from Gabrielino High School, 1327 S. San Gabriel Blvd., San Gabriel, on March 17 beginning at 8 a.m.

Residents can take up to two toilets per household and must deliver their old toilets at the same location from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2012.
