Update: Second Massage Business Charged With Prostitution

A massage business in town was charged on suspicion of disorderly house and prostitution, reports Pasadena Star-News.

Update: Ling Ling Kuo, the manager of Massage Villa, also located on Huntington Drive, was charged on suspicion of disorderly house and prostitution Friday, in the second of two recent undercover investigations conducted by and neighboring agencies, Police Chief Joe Payne told Patch Tuesday.

These investigations were initiated in response to: "complaints and tips," said Payne. But it's also "part of regular enforcement actions" done to check "for code violations and operations."

City Council will discuss whether or not to hold a public hearing to revoke Massage Villa's business license Wednesday.

A relatively new business, says Payne, this is the first time its employees were charged.
