South Pasadena Treasurer Stepping Down June 1

Victor A. Robinette told City Council of his intentions to resign in a letter, according to a release from the city.

Victor A. Robinette will step down from his role as South Pasadena's treasure at the beginning of June, according to a release from the city today.

In the release, Robinette cites the growth of his private practice as the reason for his departure.

“In the last two years my practice has grown considerably and I have found that the time it requires of me makes it impossible to continue as Treasurer,” he wrote in a letter to the City Council dated Thursday, April 21.
