This property is in escrow as of February 14th - a nice Valentine's Day gift for someone - in this market where there is only about 1 1/2 months supply of homes (6 months is considered a balanced market). As of today, 20 homes are on the market, including 4 investment properties and 6 condos, which leaves only 10 single family homes.

Hi Lee, thanks for the comment. The site listed this property as "active,'' but your info shows that it's in escrow? Or do they show as "active'' until the papers are all signed?

The "sold" sign was put up a couple weeks ago and subsequently the entire thing was taken down because the home was sold.

Pending, as opposed to back-ups. Usually most contingencies have been removed enough to stop showings. As of now, 12 single family homes, 6 condos from $419,000 to $3.2M in South Pas
