Edgewood is still the most expensive home on market in So Pas. Interesting is that there are 13 active listings on now and more than 1/2 available are under $1,000,000

If I am not mistaken isn't that the house that former LA mayor Richard Riordan lived in while raising his kids in South pas?

How long did Riordan live in South Pas, Henk? Do you know if his kids went to SPUSD?

I am not certain but for quite a number of years. And I recall him saying his kids did go to SPHS. But it has been a while since we had the conversation

Publc records show Eugenia Riordan sold the home in 1984 for $530,000
