SPHS Enjoys a Hoedown Homecoming (Photos)

Fireworks and a western theme showcased this year's homecoming ceremony for South Pasadena High School.

Senior Isabel Chin was crowned the 2012 homecoming queen of South Pasadena High School on Friday.

The elaborate halftime ceremony, which featured a western theme, was accented by a fireworks display and roping exhibition. Royal court members were escorted onto the field by their fathers. Queen Isabel was selected by her peers and announced at the game, when she was roped by a professional roping artist. And just when you thought the day couldn't get any better for the Tigers, South Pas routed Blair 41-0.
