Principal Joe Johnson writes in a PTA newsletter:
Teacher Appreciation Week is fast approaching! Thanks to coordinator, Anna Metcalf, the MHS PTA and all parent contributors for getting a terrific week organized for breakfasts, a fabulous Friday luncheon, decorations and classroom supply donations to honor our teachers. MHS is fortunate to have such a talented and dedicated staff! I hope you as parents will find a way to express your appreciation to your child(ren)'s teacher(s) next week. If not, there are still several weeks to go before we close up this year on June 14! Don't forget our classified staff! We will be honoring them the same week.
