Tigers Crowned Rio Hondo League Champs

South Pas girls soccer team won its first league title in seven years as they trounced Temple City 3-0, to advance to CIF championship playoffs.

By defeating visiting Temple City Rams by a score of 3-0 Thursday, the girls soccer team clinched the league title for the first time in seven years.

The team will now go on to contend for the CIF championship.

The first playoff game will be held at home next Friday against an undecided opponent.

The junior varsity also won its division championship, but they concluded their season as there are no playoffs for JV. They ended their season with a 6-0 trouncing of the TC JV.
