What's it Like to be the Dad of a Middle Schooler?

Just ask these pops, who will prance, sing and dance about parenting a middle-school child during the annual variety show and fundraiser for South Pasadena Middle School.

They text and they're moody.

These are two comical, if not astute, observations from South Pasadena Middle School dads from a previous performance of the yearly Fathers' Follies fundraiser.

This year's event takes place at 7 p.m. March 1 in the middle school auditorium. Prior to the dancing and singing festivities, food trucks will offer a variety of culinary choices in the quad from 5-6:45 p.m.

The ninth annual Fathers' Follies will feature the Singing Dads, Michael Tulin and his two sons, and a smattering of teachers and administrators who will be performing. All proceeds benefit the middle school.

You may purchase tickets here or at the door. Tickets are $12 for general seating and $25 for reserved section seats. If you would like more information, please contact Jean Zenas at jean@zenas.us.
