Doggy Day with Cats too

The City of South Pasadena is hosting the 4th annual “Doggy Day with Cats too” event on Saturday, May 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Garfield Park (north section by the tennis courts). Families and 4-legged friends will enjoy a variety of FREE activities including a blessing of the animals, arts and crafts, a costume contest, face painting, dog massages, live music, and a march around Garfield Park led by a local Girl Scout Troop. It is a perfect opportunity to find out about the myriad of unique dog and cat resources in your community and surrounding areas. Adoption and rescue agencies, groomers, dog trainers, day care providers, fitness providers, and merchandise providers will be onsite at the event.
