Come out Wednesday for a day filled with pancakes, familiar faces and fireworks!
Here's the itinerary:
7 to 11 a.m.: The day starts at the South Pasadena Fire Station with a pancake breakfast put on by the Kiwanis Club.

10:30 a.m.: Next are the Opening Ceremonies for the Festival of Balloons parade at .
11 a.m.: The parade will begin at the corner of Diamond and Mission Street; it will proceed east on Mission Street to Garfield Park.

After the parade there are festivities at the park: games for kids, square dancing for all, inflatable toys to play on for a price, and food for sale by local community groups.
5 p.m.: The Fastest Greenest Mile will begin. More info HERE.
5 p.m.: The stadium gates will open to allow spectators to see the end of the race.
Outside the stadium there will be food for sale. Inside will be music, dancing, games and a special surprise.
9 p.m.: The by Pyro Spectaculars will begin.
Pre-sale tickets for the fireworks show are $10.00; $12.00 at the stadium.
