Life hard? Tai Chi EASY Qigong! Join us for Qigong/Tai Chi in the park (South Pasadena) 9am Saturdays.

This is an opportunity for self-healing of Body – Mind – Spirit. Learn to use mind, breath, and movement to gather Qi. Blend principles of qigong and tai chi to create your own personal medicine.

Regular practice can reduce stress, build endurance, increase vitality, stimulate self-healing, and aid in warding off illness. I invite you to experience the positive benefits of breath, movement, and mental focus.

Class time is about 45-60 minutes. Appropriate for beginners. You are welcome to start at anytime.

The fee for this group class is on a sliding scale from $10 to $20 per person. Please pay what fits your budget. Cash and credit cards accepted.

This class is ongoing. There are occasional Saturdays that I am unavailable. Please be sure to check the calendar. Dress right for the weather. Please join us and bring a friend!

Instructor: Mark Melchiorre is a practitioner of Oriental Medicine Energetics with over 20 years of experience. Mark uses acupuncture, herbs, cupping, tuina massage, Reiki, and qigong to benefit mind, body and spirit. Mark trained in the USA and in China. He has taught graduate level classes in Oriental Medicine. He is a professional member and certified teacher of the National Qigong Association. Mark maintains a private practice in South Pasadena, CA, USA and provides services as part of the Integrative Medical team at the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center in Burbank, CA, USA. He is available for private and group lessons in Qigong and Tai Chi. Mark teaches methods that are adaptable to an individual's personal health and fitness requirements.
