7 p.m. Oct. 6: Living History Night with Actor, Writer, and Director Duffy Hudson in “The Relativity of Albert Einstein.” Co-sponsored by the Living History Centre Fund.

7 p.m. Oct. 20: Author Night with National Bestselling Author Lisa See. Opening set of music by ‘Wind & Wire.’ Co-sponsored by the South Pasadena Chinese-American Club.

7 p.m. Nov. 3: Author Night with National Award-Winning Mystery Writer Naomi Hirahara. Co-sponsored by Poets & Writers, Inc. with funding from the James Irvine Foundation, the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, and J-Pals Cultural Club. Opening set of live torchy ballads performed by ‘Doc & Renee.’  Also showcasing ‘Neon Noir’ photo exhibit by Tom Zimmerman. Event presented as part of the ‘Night and the City: LA Noir Series.

7 p.m. Nov. 5: Film Night with actress Stephanie Powers and historian Tom Zimmerman Introducing “Union Station,” a 1950 classic starring South Pasadena’s own William Holden. Special thanks to Angel City Press, The Quarterly, South Pasadena Woman’s Club, Jones Coffee Roasters, and Videotheque.  Also showcasing ‘Neon Noir’ photo exhibit by Tom Zimmerman.  Event presented as part of ’Night and the City: LA Noir’ Series.

All programs in the at 1115 El Centro Street. No tickets or reservations are necessary and free refreshments will be served. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
